Shipping

Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Norwest, NSW within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. An estimated delivery date for your address and chosen shipping method is shown at checkout.

Australia: Standard shipping $9.95 for orders from $0 to $24.99, free for orders of $25.00 and over, delivered in 2-8 business days. Express shipping $13.95 for any order value, delivered in 1-4 business days.

New Zealand: Standard International shipping $25.90 AUD for orders from $0 to $99.99, free for orders of $100.00 and over, delivered in 6-27 business days.

Rest of the world: Standard International shipping $34.90 AUD for orders from $0 to $99.99, free for orders of $100.00 and over, delivered in 6-27 business days.

International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and refunds

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, sealed and unused, in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer.

Opened contact lenses cannot be returned for change of mind reasons. This is a hygiene and safety requirement: once the sterile packaging seal is broken, sterility cannot be guaranteed and there is no way to verify a lens has not touched an eye or another surface.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will always replace or refund it, even if opened, and we pay the return postage in that case.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving your return. Nothing in this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
